We comply with all UK government regulations and guidance relating to travel and accommodation and we are committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff.

As a hospitality business, we have always championed rigorous cleaning practices, but we have evolved our measures to further minimise the risk of coronavirus spread. Our additional measures include:

  • We have introduced enhanced cleaning and disinfection standards in our properties and communal areas.
  • Our linen and towels are chemically and thermally disinfected in the washing process
  • Our cleaning and check-in staff are equipped with PPE and closely follow social distancing guidelines.
  • We offer zero contact check-ins in all buildings and low contact check-ins where possible in our single apartments.
  • Masks are available to guests upon request. Please contact us should you require one.

We ask guests to pay special attention to the cancellation policy of their reservation as we are not able to offer refunds or exceptions outside of the cancellation window due to changing travel restrictions or other events related to the pandemic.
